It can be a busy weekend so here's the plan!
Friday 26th April
11am onwards: Ferries depart from Portsmouth or Lymington
4pm onwards: Check in opens for accommodation
4pm-7pm: Get settled into your caravan
7pm - late: Drinks in the main bar – a relaxed get together, have fun and cover your drink!
Saturday 27th April
9.30am: Coaches Meeting by the sports courts. Coaches dress code tour t-shirts/polo shirts and standard BECCS socks. Fines will be given for incorrect dress!
10-11.30am: SPORTS DAY on the sports courts. Kids to wear tour T-Shirts. Non–Playing kids are welcome to join in
11.30-12pm: Presentations / fines / tour photo outside main bar
If it is totally chucking it down there may well be a Plan B for the sports day.
12.30-5.30pm: FREE TIME - get together with your age groups, relax, eat then get yourselves into costume, ready for the evening fun.
5.30pm-late: BECCS GOT TALENT in the show bar. Sit back, relax and enjoy the 'Best of British' Show
Sunday 28th April (Festival Day)
The rugby festival is at a different venue this year. Full details on the
All accommodation is booked for 3 nights, so depending on your ferry time you can return to your accommodation after the festival if you want to. If you are going straight to the ferry, please make sure to return your keys and check out from your accommodation before heading to the matches.
Playing children should wear tour rugby top, socks and Beccs black shorts. Please don't wear this kit beforehand (grown ups will be fined). Remember rugby boots and gum shield where applicable.
Your coaches will have squad and match time information. More detailed festival information, including parking, will be sent prior to the weekend.
8.30am: Gates open
9.15am: All players to be at the festival ground by this time
2pm approx.: Festival Ends
2pm Onwards: Ferries home from Fishbourne or Yarmouth or back to caravan park to relax
Post festival: The end of tour. The time is yours to recover however you wish!
